Our Cruiser hoodies are available in two versions. The fabric and fit differ by model. Below you can read what goes with the original Cruiser and the Cruiser 2.0.

Cruiser: material and fit

The original Cruiser is made of 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester. The brushed sweat fabric weighs 350 g/m². This unisex model has a medium fit, a double-layered hood, a kangaroo pocket and ribbed cuffs at the sleeves and bottom.

Cruiser 2.0: material and fit

The Cruiser 2.0 also has a fabric weight of 350 g/m², but a different composition and roomier dimensions. The standard fabric is made of 100% organic cotton. For Heather Haze, that is 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled cotton. This model also has a brushed interior, a double-layered hood and a kangaroo pocket.

How to compare the size

Lay a hoodie that fits well flat, without stretching the fabric. Measure the width from armpit to armpit and the length from the top of the shoulder next to the neck to the bottom. The width in the table is a flat garment measurement, not the chest circumference. Compare your hoodie with the table; measuring on your body will give a different result.

Not every color is available in every size. The options on the product page determine what you can order. Dimensions may vary slightly per garment.

For size M, the original Cruiser is 54 cm wide, for example, and the Cruiser 2.0 is 59 cm. Therefore, do not automatically use the same size for both models. Not sure which version belongs with your design? Contact us for sizing advice.

Washing instructions

Your hoodie goes through a lot when worn and washed. These simple care steps will help you look after both the fabric and the print.

How to care for the DTF print

The print on this garment has been applied using DTF (Direct to Film). The design is transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. The print sits slightly on top of the fabric. Follow the instructions below for washing and drying to properly care for the fabric and print.

Washing

Turn the garment inside out.
Wash at a maximum of 30°C with similar colours.
Use a mild detergent and no bleach.

Drying

Let the garment air dry. Do not tumble dry.

Ironing

If necessary, iron inside out at a low temperature. Never iron directly over the print.

How long will the print stay looking good?

This depends on several factors, including use, friction, and care. We therefore do not specify a set number of washes or offer a lifetime guarantee on the print. Following the washing instructions will help keep the print looking good for longer.

The model makes a difference

A Cruiser, Cruiser 2.0, Drummer 2.0 or College Hoodie has its own fabric and sizing. So the same size letter does not automatically mean the same dimensions. Compare a hoodie that you like the fit of with the correct table:

Do you want to have something personal made for a birthday, a special occasion or for yourself? Tell us your idea. You choose a garment, color and size from our assortment and receive a mock-up of the chosen front or back with your print. After your approval and payment we make the clothing. Design costs are included in the final product price.

Ordering, delivery and returns

Returns

Do you want to return clothing, is the order incorrect, or is there something wrong with the print? Contact us about your clothing order. Please state your order number and explain what is wrong.

A standard design from our webshop

Did you choose an existing design without any personal customizations? In principle, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period after receipt applies to online consumer purchases. The fact that we only print the garment after you place your order does not make it personal in itself.

Let us know within the cooling-off period that you want to cancel the purchase. You then have another 14 days to return the clothing. You may try on the garment as you would in a store. Please treat it with care; do not wear or wash it if you want to return it.

Your own photo, name, or personal text

Was the garment specially made with your photo, name, personal text, or a design according to your own specifications? In that case, the exception to the statutory cooling-off period for personalized products applies. You cannot return such a garment because you have changed your mind or chose the wrong size yourself.

That is why you receive a mock-up in advance, and we make the garment after your approval and payment. Check the design, the chosen size, and the color before giving your approval. Simply choosing from our standard sizes, colors, and existing designs does not constitute personalization.

Damage, incorrect delivery, or printing error

A problem with the delivered product is separate from buyer's remorse. Even with personalized clothing, you are entitled to a product that matches what was agreed. Is the garment damaged, did we deliver the wrong size or color, or does the print differ from the approved design? Let us know.

We will assess the problem and provide a suitable solution in accordance with your legal rights, such as free repair or replacement. If that is not possible or is not properly resolved, other legal remedies may apply.

This helps us process your report

Your order number and the garment in question.
A brief description of the error or damage.
If possible, clear photos of the entire garment and the problem.
In the case of transport damage, also photos of the packaging and the shipping label.

Keep the clothing and packaging while we process your report. Report the problem as soon as you discover it. Photos help with the assessment; your legal rights do not depend on reporting it within a few days.

Returns and refunds

Contact us for the correct return address and shipping instructions. This is not prior approval required to exercise your statutory cooling-off period. In the case of a valid cancellation, we will refund you within the statutory timeframes; we may wait until we receive the return or proof of return. In the case of a full cancellation, the standard shipping costs will also be refunded.
